1. Appointment Policy
Clients are advised to schedule appointments in advance to secure preferred dates and times. A booking fee of £30 will be required to confirm your appointment.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
2.1 Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
2.2 Cancellations made on the day of treatment will incur a charge of 80% of the treatment cost.
2.3 No-show appointments (failure to attend without prior notice) will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
2.4 Rescheduling within 7 days of your appointment is not permitted without forfeiting your £30 booking fee.
2.5 By making a booking online, through the online booking system you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions which includes the cancellation and rescheduling policy.
3. Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your relaxation process.
4. Consultation
An initial consultation is mandatory for new clients to discuss desired outcomes, treatment options, and potential risks associated with procedures.
5. Treatment Suitability
Treatments are subject to an assessment by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the patient.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, debit/credit cards, apple/google pay and other approved payment methods.
7. Refunds
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, services rendered are non-refundable. Products purchased may be refunded or exchanged under specific conditions.
8. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase and are subject to expiration dates and terms of use.
9. Client Information
Clients must provide accurate health and medical history information to avoid risks and complications.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
Client records and information are confidential and protected in accordance with privacy regulations.
11. Children & Guests
Children and guests are not permitted in the treatment rooms for safety and insurance purposes. One chaperone will be allowed in the treatment room with the patient on request.
12. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The clinic is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
13. Results
Treatment outcomes can vary between individuals. No specific results can be guaranteed.
14. Aftercare
Clients must follow post-treatment instructions for optimum results and to minimise the risk of complications.
15. Complaints
Any concerns regarding treatments or services must be reported to the clinic within a specified time period for proper follow-up. Please see further details in FYC complaints policy.
16. Right to Modify
The clinic reserves the right to modify terms and conditions, with notice to clients provided in a reasonable manner.
